• Cats and Dogs Welcome! (must be spayed or neutered)
• Two Pet Maximum
• Dogs restricted to a combined weight limit of 40 lbs or less in apartments; 60 lbs or less in Townhomes.
• NON-REFUNDABLE Pet Fee in the amount of ($350) due upon lease signing for each pet.
• Monthly pet fee per animal in the amount of ($35).
